RAF 戦闘守則

• ドイツ機は常に太陽の中にあり
• 相手の白眼をみるまで射撃を待て
• 命中弾を与えた敵機を追うな。他の敵機に必ず撃墜されるであろう
• 敵機の撃墜確認を求めて撃墜されるより、撃墜未確認で帰投するを可とす
• 注意せよ！見えざる敵機が貴官を撃墜する
• ガールフレンドのことは考えるな。ドイツ機の攻撃に気付かず、その機が僚機を撃墜したときは、貴官に責任あり
• 無線通信には沈黙を保て。無線通信を混乱させてはならない
• 敵地に撃墜されたときは脱出せよ。捕らわれたときは沈黙せよ

• Wait to shoot till you see the whites of his eyes.
• Never go after Jerry you have hit. Another will get you for certain.
• It's better to come back with a probable than to be shot down with the one you've confirmed.
• Look out! It's the one you don't see who gets you.
• Don't dream about youe popsie. If you don't see the Hun who is going to get your mate, you are criminal.
• Silence on the radio. Don't jam your RT channel!
• If you are brought down over enemy territory, escape. If you are caught, keep your trap shut.
